“Paul’s Vividity”
I am posting from Pendleton today! I drove over last night from Portland for my cousin’s graduation. The drive was long and boring but at least there were no speeding tickets this time. Anyway, this picture was actually taken in Brookings, OR a few months ago and I thought now would be a good time to post it because it reminds me of the summer nights that we ought to be having but instead are trying to cope with all the bad weather that drenches us. Hopefully this brightens your wet day, at least for a minute.
Mini-Man Blog:
Every man’s man should have a regular barbershop. Period. End of Story. As a man, you should be able to go to your regular barbershop and expect to see the same friendly face of your barber. Let me explain to you what that face should look like. Your barber should be a man also. He should be at least 53 years of age. And he should have very opinionated views on whatever subject you are discussing that day. Come on guys, aren’t you tired of going to the pseudo-salons owned by Asian couples in their 40s? I know I am. It’s nothing against the Asian people, its just you don’t get the same satisfaction while getting your hair cut by someone who barley speaks English so the entire duration is spent wondering if she translated your instructions right. Do yourself a favor. Find an all-American barbershop from the good old days and stick with it. If you really want to splurge, make sure it’s next to an old school soda fountian.

this image is absolutely gorgeous. did you alter the colors in any way? wish i could step right into it.
I enhanced the saturation a little but that is all. Thanks for the comment!
excellent shot… great adjustment of saturation…
you’re a racist. fo sho.
Paul. I LOVE this photo. Love, love, love, love, love it. I don’t know anything about photography but I would hang this on my wall in a second.
OH Wow! Beautiful! Love it!
The pic is great but the barber shop piece…well you know I want you to believe in diversity:)
