		<description>You have to do a gradient mask which only leaves the middle of the image out of the selection area, then apply a lens blur to the selected area. That is most of the effect right there. Then, since small scale models often react differently to light than full size objects you have to saturate the entire image a little to give it the extra effect.</description>
